Ocala, FL – World Equestrian Center – Ocala is proud to recognize Shelley Page, Equestrian Operations Assistant, who has been appointed Eventing Manager for the FEI Asian Championships Pattaya 2025, set to take place November 24 – December 7 at the Thai Polo & Equestrian Club in Pattaya, Thailand.
The FEI Asian Championships are held every four years and are the premier equestrian event for the continent and include the disciplines of Jumping, Dressage, Eventing and Endurance. Athletes from across Asia compete for individual and team titles, and the event serves as a key qualifier for future Olympic Games and World Championships.
Page will work alongside the local organizing committee to support Eventing operations and ensure the championship runs smoothly. It’s a natural extension of the work she leads at WEC – Ocala, where she is a core member of the team that oversees more than 40 weeks of equestrian competition annually. Page’s role is especially vital to high-level events like the Longines League of Nations™ Ocala and the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ Ocala, where her attention to detail and ability to manage complex logistics help deliver seamless experiences for athletes, officials, and spectators alike.
Her appointment to this international championship reflects a long and respected career in the sport. Page worked with the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) during two Olympic Games and three World Championships. She also served on the organizing committees for the Pan American Games in Santiago, Chile, and Tokyo Olympics.
“It’s exciting to go to other venues while representing WEC,” expressed Page. “WEC is always open to exploring, learning, and connecting with others in the sport. Every venue is a little different, and there’s so much to learn. We all benefit from sharing knowledge and seeing how other venues operate.”
“We’re proud to see Shelley continue her work on the international stage,” said Tom Hern, WEC – Ocala Director of Equestrian Operations. “Her depth of experience and commitment to excellence elevates every event she touches. We’re lucky to have her as part of our team and proud to see her talents recognized.”
WEC – Ocala congratulates Shelley on this opportunity and looks forward to supporting her in this role.
