The Championship Show is finally here! The horses are loading in and exhibitors are gearing up for some thrilling equestrian competition. Competition will kick off on Weds., Sept. 29 and feature classes such as Western Pleasure, Hunter Under Saddle, Trail, Ranch Riding, Showmanship, and Reining over the nearly month-long event. The exciting Barrel and Futurity Sweepstakes will be held from October 20 – 23. In addition to The Championship Show, the World Equestrian Center – Ocala’s Oktoberfest has another weekend left! Listen to live traditional German Bavarian music and polkas as well as a variety of musical styles from the Swinging Bavarians and the King Guys Oktoberfest Brass Band throughout the weekend. Enjoy amazing German inspired food such as Bavarian Pretzels, German Chocolate Funnel Cake, Beer Braised Brats, Bavarian Roasted Almonds and an assortment of tasty beer.
