November 4, 2022 – Wilmington, Ohio – Vendors interested in partnering with World Equestrian Center (WEC) in Wilmington, Ohio, for the upcoming 2023 Winter in the Midwest Indoor Horse Show Circuit on November 30, 2022, through April 16, 2023, may apply now to be a part of the charming and convenient shopping experience available to exhibitors and spectators.
WEC – Wilmington offers store fronts in the beautiful Vendor Village as retail space, as well as spaces along the R&L Arena and walkway, which are all within a minute’s walk from competition arenas and within a short walk from the stabling and on-site accommodations. The indoor Vendor Village is the jewel in the heart of the World Equestrian Center with inviting storefronts, landscaping and gathering areas that emulate a beautiful town square with exclusive shopping, dining and day spa experiences.
Starbucks is served at the Dark Horse Coffee Co., which includes a ride-up window. All indoor arenas are climate-controlled, which allows exhibitors to show in comfort no matter the weather.
Vendor spaces are first come, first served, with those signing up early getting the best chance at their desired space. World Equestrian Center offers its vendors 24-hour security detail and a vast network of cameras on the property in a climate-controlled space. Fully-operational and easily-accessible electric and wireless internet are also provided. Spaces, starting at 10×10 feet, are available in multiple sizes; custom arrangements can also be made. Trailers of all sizes can be accommodated.
The Winter in the Midwest circuit runs from December through April with 17 weeks of competition at USEF Premier/Level IV and offers more than $4 million total prize money and prizes. Each World Equestrian Center Horse Show Series offers competition from short stirrup to grand prix classes. All events are open to the public and spectators are invited to enjoy the competition and the facility’s shopping and other amenities.
