World Equestrian Center – Wilmington (WEC) is thrilled to welcome the Summer Schooling Show Series presented by Standlee back to it’s premier, outdoor facilities in 2025. WEC will offer five weeks of affordable horse show opportunities for exhibitors to compete in our state-of-the-art outdoor arenas in classes from the walk-trot to the 1.20m jumpers.

Exhibitors can expect the same quality, efficiency and family-friendly environment of a rated WEC horse show. $85 stalls, $25 entry fees, schooling opportunities, and inviting courses make WEC the ideal place to bring along young horses and riders!

Horse Entry Requirements

To ensure the health and safety of all horses, guests, and competitors on property, all incoming horses must submit required health documentation upon arrival.

Failure to submit the appropriate paperwork in a timely manner may result in delayed entry or denial of access to the facility.

These requirements apply to all horses, including:

Showing horses
Ride-around horses
Pony horses
Non-competing horses

Required Documents

30-Day Statement of Health

From a licensed vet, on letterhead, dated within 30 days. Must confirm no fevers, no EHV exposure, routine vaccinations. Applies to OH & out-of-state horses.

Negative Coggins

Valid within the past 12 months.

Trainer/Owner Health Declaration

Must confirm that the horse has not had a fever over 101.5°F or shown signs of illness within the past 72 hours. Additionally, the horse must not have been exposed to or treated for an unexplained fever within the past 28 days.
