Join us for an exclusive evening of fine wine and inspired cuisine in The Polo Pony Private Dining Room. In partnership with Merryvale Vineyards, this intimate wine dinner features a thoughtfully curated five-course menu by Chef Roland LaCroix, with each course expertly paired with Merryvale wines, plus a special appearance by CEO René Schlatter.
