Grand Prix Dining Experience

Enjoy a table offering the most coveted view of the Grand Outdoor Arena and experience top-level equestrian sport under the lights at The Equestrian Hotel. This dining experience includes a welcome reception with passed hors d’oeuvres and a signature cocktail, followed by a three-course chef’s dinner with complimentary beer and wine. A cash bar will be available.

Grand Prix Reception Experience

Enjoy a premium view of the Grand Outdoor Arena from a reserved area under the white canopy. This experience includes charcuterie and crudité, a complimentary drink ticket and access to a dedicated private cash bar.

World Equestrian Center – Ocala has partnered with EquiTrace® EventPass, the official verified Horse Health Records provider of US Equestrian (USEF), for all USEF-rated shows.

All exhibitors must upload health documents to their EventPass account before arrival. A QR code will then be generated for scanning at the entry gates via the mobile app or in print.

Health papers will be checked at the SR-40 or 80th Avenue entrances near the WEC General Store.
A 30-day statement of health, certificate of veterinary inspection or a health certificate, is required for all horses arriving from outside the state of Florida
Negative Coggins within 1 year
Trainer/Owner Health Declaration – Signed by an owner/trainer confirming that the horse has not experienced a fever exceeding 101.5 degrees or any disease in the 72 hours leading up to its arrival. Additionally, the horse must not have been exposed to or treated for an unexplained fever in the past 28 days and should have tested negative for any disease at least 30 days prior to arrival. If the horse has tested positive within the last six months for any infectious diseases, this information should also be disclosed. See form.
Vaccine records of Flu/Rhino within the span of 6 months.
