Welcome Commitee & Transportation
These volunteers are an integral part of our team and often the first face our exhibitors, sponsors, vendors and officials see upon arrival. These friendly, personable volunteers welcome incoming traffic to the venue, direct visitors to appropriate locations and may provide golf cart transportation services around the showgrounds. Ideal candidates should be pleasant, adaptable to changing situations and comfortable working in various weather conditions.
Runners
These versatile positions encompass a multitude of responsibilities including delivering lunch to show staff and various locations as food runners, assisting in the Show Management/Registration Office, helping grounds crew set up rings, jumps and plants, running errands, providing break relief to other volunteer positions, participating in awards ceremony presentations, and assisting with miscellaneous tasks in both the Volunteer Office and RV Registration Office.
Need to Know
Dress Code
Volunteers must wear the provided t-shirt with khaki bottoms. Weather-appropriate apparel is also advised.
Volunteer Accreditation
Volunteer ID badges are required for access to designated areas and identification.
Parking
Parking information will be communicated to volunteers based on their specific event and venue location.
Liability Release
Volunteers must sign a liability release and complete a background check. Email forms to [email protected].
