The sophisticated dining room, large bar, spacious private dining spaces, and lively outdoor patio set the stage for bold flavors, ranging from pork belly sliders and crab cake chowder to a pastrami stack sandwich and buttermilk fried chicken and waffles. Guests can enjoy indulgent Certified Angus Beef® burgers alongside seasonal salads, creative sides and rich desserts like a s’more’s cheesecake, all paired with a cold pour from the 32-tap beer program. The Polo Pony is one of four new dining concepts located inside The Equestrian Manor, the latest addition to the World Equestrian Center – Ocala. Situated on the first floor, the restaurant is open to the public by reservation and also accepts walk-in business.
