Entries and stall reservations are now open for the September & October Fall Series at World Equestrian Center – Ocala (WEC), running from September 23 through October 11. The September Show will feature Regional Hunter/Level 2 Jumper competition, with both weeks in October offering Regional Hunter/Level 3 Jumper competition and classes for all levels.

Competition is scheduled to take place in WEC’s expansive outdoor arenas, with indoor arenas available as a weather contingency to help ensure a seamless experience for exhibitors and horses alike.

Weekly Stall/Weekly Tack Stall: $300 | Weekly Locking Tack Room: $325 | Weekly Paddock: $375

Tack stalls and feed/bedding splits are accepted. Follow the updated process when submitting your entries.

Submit your entries on HorseShowing.com. A $50 deposit is required. Trainers need to create a ‘Barn Account,’ to order stalls, tack stalls, feed and bedding. A form of payment must be provided at the Horse Show Office located in Indoor Arena 1. Individual entries can pay for stalls online at HorseShowing.com or include a form of payment on the entry blank. If you are unable to provide payment in person, complete the credit card slip below and email it directly to [email protected]. You will receive a confirmation email once the form of payment has been received.

Stall splits must be submitted to the show office by Friday at noon. All accounts must be settled in full each week.

World Equestrian Center – Ocala has partnered with EquiTrace® EventPass, the official verified Horse Health Records provider of US Equestrian (USEF), for all USEF-rated shows.

All exhibitors must upload health documents to their EventPass account before arrival. A QR code will then be generated for scanning at the entry gates via the mobile app or in print.

Create a free EventPass account for WEC and view the step-by-step registration guide.

  • Health papers will be checked at the SR-40 or 80th Avenue entrances near the WEC General Store.
    A 30-day statement of health, certificate of veterinary inspection or a health certificate, is required for all horses arriving from outside the state of Florida
  • Negative Coggins within 1 year
  • Trainer/Owner Health Declaration – Signed by an owner/trainer confirming that the horse has not experienced a fever exceeding 101.5 degrees or any disease in the 72 hours leading up to its arrival. Additionally, the horse must not have been exposed to or treated for an unexplained fever in the past 28 days and should have tested negative for any disease at least 30 days prior to arrival. If the horse has tested positive within the last six months for any infectious diseases, this information should also be disclosed. See form.
  • Vaccine records of Flu/Rhino within the span of 6 months.
