World Equestrian Center – Ocala (WEC) is excited to welcome back the WEC Vaulting Premiere, set for November 27–29, 2026, in the iconic WEC Stadium.

International competition begins Friday, November 27 and continues through Saturday, November 28, featuring FEI CVI3* World Cup™ Qualifier, CVI2* and CVI1* competition. National competition will run Saturday, November 28 through Sunday, November 29 with USEF/EVUSA competition.

Daily Vaulting Times

Vaulting will be held in the WEC Stadium, with international competition taking place on Friday and national competition continuing on Saturday and Sunday. Please refer to the daily timetables below for specific vaulting times. Note that on the national timetables, any classes designated as “barrel” will be conducted on a barrel rather than on horseback. *Times subject to change.

To expedite check-in, please email health papers to MacKenzie Waro at [email protected] prior to arrival. Be sure to include the horse’s show name and the trainer’s name in the message. Health papers must be submitted by email or presented at the Show Office at the WEC Stadium before unloading horses from the trailer in order to receive a back number.
  • All horses arriving from within Florida or from out of state must now have a 14-day Health Certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian within 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Negative Coggins within 1 year
  • Trainer/Owner Health Declaration – Signed by an owner/trainer confirming that the horse has not experienced a fever exceeding 101.5 degrees or any disease in the 72 hours leading up to its arrival. Additionally, the horse must not have been exposed to or treated for an unexplained fever in the past 28 days and should have tested negative for any disease at least 30 days prior to arrival. If the horse has tested positive within the last six months for any infectious diseases, this information should also be disclosed. See form.
  • Vaccine records of Flu/Rhino within the span of 6 months.
