Ocala, Florida – World Equestrian Center – Ocala (WEC) has opened its first two new dining destinations on the ground floor of The Equestrian Manor: The Polo Pony and a second, expanded location for Emma’s Patisserie. Both are now welcoming guests daily.

As WEC’s newest venue, The Equestrian Manor sets a new standard for luxury events in Central Florida, with over 300,000 square feet of architecturally stunning event and hospitality space. As part of its offerings, The Equestrian Manor will introduce four signature restaurants in total. The opening of The Polo Pony and Emma’s Patisserie at The Equestrian Manor marks the beginning of a new era for culinary programming at WEC, with two more restaurants, The White Willow and Genievieve’s, set to open at a later date.

The Polo Pony celebrates America’s diverse culinary heritage with elevated tavern classics and inventive, chef-driven dishes. Guests will discover bold flavors ranging from butter-poached mini lobster rolls and duck confit fries to a pastrami stack sandwich and buttermilk fried chicken and waffles. The new restaurant features a sophisticated dining room, a large bar, spacious private dining spaces and a lively outdoor patio. Diners can view the menu online and opt to join as walk-ins at the bar or reserve a table for lunch or dinner through OpenTable.

This European-inspired café features indoor and outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch, dinner or late-night cravings. Diners can view the menu online. The second Emma’s is now open daily to walk-in patrons.

“These openings bring the first elements of The Equestrian Manor’s culinary vision to life,” said Jeremy Gow, Senior Director of Food and Beverage Operations at WEC. “The Polo Pony and Emma’s Patisserie at The Equestrian Manor each offer distinctive new experiences that showcase exceptional culinary programming and our signature hospitality.
