RV PARK POLICIES

RESERVATIONS: Rates and availability are not guaranteed and may change until your reservation is confirmed. Changes to dates or length of stay may result in different rates. 

ALCOHOL POLICY: Registered guests of legal age who choose to bring their own alcoholic beverages must consume those in their accommodation. Alcohol is not allowed in public areas unless purchased from designated on-site food and beverage outlets.  

MINIMUM CHECK-IN GUEST POLICY: Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in. 

GUARENTEE POLICY: A valid credit card is required at the time of reservation to guarantee accommodation. 

ADVANCED DEPOSIT POLICY: An advance deposit equal to one night’s room and tax is required at the time of booking for all individual reservations. The deposit will be charged to the credit card provided and applied to your stay at check-in. For individual reservations, the advance deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled by 4:00 p.m. EST at least 72 hours prior to arrival.  

CANCELLATION POLICY: For individual reservations, cancel by 4:00 p.m. EST at least 72 hours prior to arrival to receive a refund of the advance deposit.  

Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival, as well as no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the advance deposit, equal to one night’s room and tax.  

Cancellation terms may differ for special events, restricted dates, and group reservations. Please refer to the policy outlined in your group agreement or provided by your dedicated Group Sales Manager. 

DAILY AND MONTHLY STAYS: For daily and monthly stays, the remaining balance for the full length of stay, including applicable taxes, is due at check-in. All monthly rates are based on 30-day stays; prorated rates are not available. 

PAYMENT POLICY: 
Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and cash are accepted; however, a valid credit card must remain on file for the duration of the rental. A non-refundable $5-per-night internet fee and a $50 incidental hold will be placed on the card for the duration of the stay. Any unused portion of the incidental hold will be released by your bank after check-out. 

LIABILITY POLICY: The RV site renter assumes all liability for any damages incurred during use. All vehicles must maintain proper general casualty and liability insurance and be able to provide proof of coverage while on WEC property. 

ASSIGNMENT AND SUBLETTING POLICY:  
Reservations are non-transferable. Customer shall not assign the campground reservation and/or golf cart rental, or any interest therein, nor permit the use of the campground reservation and/or golf cart rental, or any part thereof, by any other party. Customer shall not sublet or sublicense the site or rental.

DOG POLICY 

The RV park and WEC facility are largely dog-friendly (with some exclusions). 
• Dogs must remain leashed at all times. 
• Dog owners and RV site renters bear full responsibility for the behavior of their dog(s) and assume full liability for any damages or injuries caused by or involving their dog(s). 
• Any property damage caused by a dog will be charged at 150% of the full replacement value. 
• The dog park is located on the back side of the fuel station. 

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, we ask that all dog owners adhere to the following dog policy while staying at World Equestrian Center RV Park. 

1. Leash Requirement 

  • Dogs must always be on a leash when outside your RV. 
  • Retractable leashes must not extend beyond six (6) feet. 

2. Supervision & Behavior 

  • Dogs must not be left unattended outside at any time. 
  • Aggressive behavior, excessive barking, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. 

3. Waste Cleanup 

  • Owners must immediately clean up after their dogs. 
  • Waste must be properly disposed of in designated dog’s waste bins. 

4. Restricted Areas 

  • Dogs are not allowed inside the General Store or other designated dog-free zones. 
  • Please respect all posted signs regarding dog restrictions. 

5. Number & Breed Restrictions 

  • A maximum of 2 dogs per site is allowed. 
  • Certain aggressive breeds may be restricted.  

6. Noise & Disturbances 

  • Dogs must be kept quiet and not disturb other guests. 
  • Continuous barking or disturbances may result in a request to leave the property. 

7. Liability & Responsibility 

  • World Equestrian Center is not responsible for any incidents involving dogs. 
  • Dog owners are fully responsible for their dogs and for any damage or injury they cause. Any property damage caused by a dog will be charged 150% of the full, new replacement value. 
     

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY 
A penalty charge equivalent to one night’s worth of room rate and taxes will occur when departing earlier than the reserved departure date. 
 

GENERAL POLICY 
Check-In Time: 4pm *Early check-in is subject to hotel’s availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. 
Check-Out Time: 12pm *Late check-out is subject to hotel’s availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. 

 
TAXES 
State: 6% tax 
County: 1.5% tax 
Tourism Development: 4% tax
