2026 Wilmington Spring/Summer Series – Mid Summer Classic

Overview

The Summer Series at World Equestrian Center – Wilmington will feature three weeks of USEF rated hunter and jumper competition. From national grand prix show jumping to cross rail divisions, the series delivers opportunities for riders of every level at our state-of-the-art venue. Weekly class highlights will include a $25,000 Grand Prix, one USHJA National Hunter Derby, a $2,500 2’6” Hunter Derby, a $2,500 1.20m Mini Prix, and a $5,000 Futures Prix.

The summer shows will be held in our premier outdoor facilities. Competition will go on rain or shine, as the classes can be moved to climate-controlled, indoor facilities in the case of inclement weather. 

Exhibitors and guests can also enjoy on-site lodging, multiple dining options, shopping in Vendor Village, a day spa and even an old-fashioned candy store—making each week a blend of top sport and memorable experiences. Adding to the atmosphere, family-friendly after-hours events will be offered each weekend, creating a welcoming environment for competitors, families and friends alike.
