On-site shopping has never been better! At any given horse show, we have a collection of carefully curated vendors on-site who offer a selection of equipment, horse care products, saddles and tack, horse clothing and boots, supplements and treats, clothing for in and out of the show ring, accessories, tack trunks, jumps, specialty foods and equestrian-inspired home goods. Our saddle vendors include industry favorites including CWD/Devoucoux and Voltaire. Each company has on-site representatives available to do saddle fittings and to help with all saddle and tack needs.
Vendor Application Process
All prospective vendors must apply online, and applications will be reviewed by our team. Please complete the following steps before submitting your application.

Vendor Application Process
- Visit the WEC calendar of events to determine dates for your vendor experience at the World Equestrian Center. Vendors are welcome on a week-by-week basis or for the entirety of a horse show circuit.
- Review our vendor kit and reach out to us with any questions.
- Prepare the details for your application, which include:
- a required, non-refundable deposit (applied to total fee upon application acceptance)
- business tax number
- certificate of insurance
- Note that incomplete applications will not be considered. Vendors may be declined if offerings do not abide with our WEC retail brand protocol or conflict with existing on-site retail outlets.
- After submitting an application, a member of our team will contact you to regarding your application status and provide next steps. Please allow up to one week for follow up.
- Upon application acceptance and contract completion, we will send an invoice for your remaining balance.
The Sugar Shack
The Sugar Shack at World Equestrian Center – Wilmington is an old fashioned candy store located in the heart of Vendor Village. Offering a carefully curated selection of sweets, The Sugar Shack is here to brighten your horse show day.
Pet Parlor
World Equestrian Center – Wilmington offers something for all your four-legged friends, including the Pet Parlor in the corner of Vendor Village. The dog wash station is available to clean up muddy paws after a day at the show.
A Sudden Impulse
Located in the R+L Hallway, A Sudden Impulse offers a wide variety of WEC-branded apparel, accessories and home goods. As the exclusive destination for custom embroidery, engraving, and printed designs, A Sudden Impulse offers everything you need for ringside and competition apparel.
