To ensure the health and safety of all horses, guests, and competitors on property, all incoming horses must submit required health documentation upon arrival. Failure to submit the appropriate paperwork in a timely manner may result in delayed entry or denial of access to the facility.
These requirements apply to all horses, including:
- Showing horses
- Ride-around horses
- Pony horses
- Non-competing horses
Required Documents
30-Day Statement of Health
From a licensed vet, on letterhead, dated within 30 days. Must confirm no fevers, no EHV exposure, routine vaccinations. Applies to FL & out-of-state horses.
Negative Coggins
Valid within the past 12 months.
Trainer/Owner Health Declaration
Must confirm that the horse has not had a fever over 101.5°F or shown signs of illness within the past 72 hours. Additionally, the horse must not have been exposed to or treated for an unexplained fever within the past 28 days.

Flu/Rhino vaccines within 6 months.

All USEF-rated Hunter/Jumper exhibitors are required to upload the necessary health documents into EquiTrace® EventPass prior to arrival.

WEC Quarter Horse Shows
For WEC Quarter Horse Shows, health documents may be accepted by email at [email protected] for Orange Blossom Classic, A Sudden Impulse and The Championship Show.
