Stalls, Entries & Prize List Available for the 2027 Winter in the Midwest Series at WEC – Wilmington

Wilmington, OHIO – Entries and circuit/weekly stall reservations are now open for the 2027 Winter in the Midwest Series at World Equestrian Center – Wilmington, spanning 17 weeks of US Equestrian (USEF) rated hunter/jumper competition from December 2, 2026, through April 11, 2027.
New for this year, exhibitors now have the option to reserve circuit stalls for the Winter in the Midwest Series, providing a convenient option for those planning to compete across multiple weeks of the series.
Circuit Stall Pricing (17 Weeks)
Circuit Stalls: $4,000
Circuit Tack Room: $4,000
Full payment for circuit stalls is due by November 2, 2026. A 50% deposit is required to reserve a circuit stall. Deposit checks must be received within 10 days of reservation, or the reservation will be canceled. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
Select “WEC WIL” on HorseShowing.com to make your reservation. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment and WEC approval. Reservations will not be accepted via email.
Circuit stall reservations are refundable through November 2, 2026, less a $90 processing fee. Rentals are non-transferable without management approval. All horses on the grounds must have a stall.
Exhibitors reserving circuit stalls may request a preferred barn location. Barn assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Circuit stall holders are exempt from non-showing fees.

Reserve Your Onsite Lodging at World Equestrian Center – Wilmington
Exhibitors and guests are encouraged to make lodging reservations early to secure accommodations close to the show grounds. Reservations can be made online at wec.net.
Onsite lodging options include:
• The Wilbur Estate – five luxury suites located steps from arenas, stabling, and The Paddock Club, with free WiFi and VIP parking.
• Cabins – sleep up to six guests within walking distance to barns and arenas.
• Home-Away-From-Home – fully equipped two- and three-bedroom units directly across from the venue.
• RV Sites – full hook-up sites available; must be reserved through stall or entry forms.
