Circuit Stall Reservations Now Open and Schedule Update for World Equestrian Center – Ocala 2025 Winter Spectacular Show Series 

Ocala, FL – Circuit stall reservations are now open for World Equestrian Center – Ocala’s (WEC) 2025 Winter Spectacular Show Series, taking place from January 1 to March 23, 2025. A World Championship Hunter Rider (WCHR) week will take place on January 28-February 2, 2025 and a second WCHR week will be added to the Series at a later date, pending approval.

Full payments for circuit stalls and paddocks are due November 22, 2024. Circuit stalls and paddocks remain open with full payment required at the time of booking. Availability is limited and will remain open until inventory is exhausted.

Circuit Stalls: $3,600

Circuit Tack Stalls: $3,600 (locking tack rooms subject to availability)

Circuit Paddock: $3,600

Same price cash or credit. Reservations require a 50 percent deposit or may be paid in full. Deposit checks must be received within 10 days or reservations will be canceled. We recommend using a traceable mailing service. 

Full payments must be paid online or received by check by November 22, 2024 or reservations will be canceled. 

Circuit items are refundable until November 22, 2024, less $90 processing fee. Stalls/paddocks are property of World Equestrian Center. Circuit rentals may not be transferred to a third party without the express written consent of management. All horses on grounds will be charged for a stall or ship-in fee.

No reservations will be accepted through email. Reservations will be complete upon processing of payment and approval of World Equestrian Center. Please understand that we are unable to accept location requests at this time. Tack stall and paddock requests will be accommodated based on the ratio of horse stalls ordered.

Prize list, entries, as well as weekly stall, tack stall and paddock reservations, will be available at a later date. Please note, WEC – Ocala Spring dates are not included in circuit stall pricing, information regarding those dates will be available at a later date, pending approval.
