Location: Poolside Lawn at The Equestrian Hotel  

Cardio Sculpt fuses 45 minutes of rhythmic cardio with full-body sculpting exercises to elevate heart rate and tone muscles. Great energy, great results. All experience levels are welcome.  Complimentary for hotel guests and $20 for public guests. Space is limited; advanced registration is required.
