Labor Day Barrel Blast

Overview

The Labor Day Barrel Blast returns to World Equestrian Center – Ocala, September 3-6, 2026.

Competitors will battle for more than $30,000 in added money and awards throughout the holiday weekend, with classes designed for riders of all ages and experience levels. The schedule includes the fan-favorite 2D High-Stakes Rodeo Run, the growing 4D Limited Rider Class, and the featured Youth 4D with $10,000 added for competitors ages 18 and under as of January 1, 2026.

Open competitors will also have the opportunity to compete in the Open 4D, while additional side-pot classes provide even more chances to earn payouts and prizes, including the 2D Futurity, Derby, Elite 50 and Over, Aged Horse Over 9, Adult Class and Open 4D Average.

Set in Indoor Arena 5, WEC’s premier footing and fast ground conditions provide the perfect setting for top-level competition and exciting finishes.

Friday, September 4

• All-Day Exhibitions
• 6pm: 2D High-Stakes Rodeo Run
• 7pm: 4D Limited Rider Class

Saturday, September 5

• 10am: First Go Youth 4D, $10,000 Added
  • Open to competitors 18 years old and under as of January 1, 2026
• Open 4D competition to follow the Youth Class

Sunday, September 6

• 9am: Second Go Youth Class
• Champion and Average Awards Ceremony to follow the completion of the Youth competition
• Open 4D competition to follow the Youth Class
