New Year’s Eve Prix Fixe Dinner at Stirrups

Overview

Toast to the year ahead over an elegant four-course prix fixe dinner at Stirrups Restaurant. In the refined setting of The Equestrian Hotel at World Equestrian Center – Ocala, dinner sets the tone for the celebrations ahead with seatings are available at 5pm and 8pm. 

The menu opens with burrata, followed by lobster tail before a choice of koji-aged Certified Angus Beef ® tenderloin or halibut. A decadent finale of mascarpone, dark chocolate and coffee brings dinner to a sweet finish, with Siberian and Osetra caviar available as enhancements.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to the event date may be eligible for a refund. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of the event are nonrefundable. No refunds, credits or date transfers will be issued for cancellations, no-shows or changes requested during this period.
