The Championship Show

Overview

Join us for competition Wednesday through Sunday at World Equestrian Center – Ocala! Spectators are invited to experience an exciting week of equestrian sport featuring Quarter Horse, Paint Horse and Appaloosa competition with more than $1 million in prize money.

Competition begins daily at 8am, with end times subject to change based on the competition schedule. Admission and parking are free, so come spend the day at WEC – Ocala and experience all the action!

The fall show calendar at World Equestrian Center – Ocala (WEC) is expanding in 2026 with exciting additions alongside the highly anticipated Championship Show, set for September 15–20, 2026. This year, multiple premier events will run concurrently, offering expanded opportunities for exhibitors and plenty of competition for spectators to enjoy throughout the week.

The Championship Show | September 15 – 20, 2026

The Championship Show remains the cornerstone of the week, showcasing top-tier Quarter Horse competition with substantial prize money on the line.

Highlights include the $100,000 NSBA All-Age Limited Open Trail presented by Marsh McLennan Agency LLC, beginning with a first go and culminating in a finals where the top 20 competitors will return to vie for the title.

Open riders will also compete for top honors in the $100,000 Added All Age Open Trail, while Non-Pro riders will take center stage in the $50,000 All Age Non-Pro Trail. In addition, two $5,000 Non-Pro Trainer Bonuses will be awarded—one to the winning trainer and one by draw.

APHA Zone 9 Fall Cash Classic | September 17 – 20, 2026

Running concurrently with The Championship Show, the APHA Zone 9 Fall Cash Classic will make its debut at World Equestrian Center – Ocala. The event will offer $159,000 in added prize money and take place in Indoor Arenas 2 and 3, operating under a separate show bill.

The Spotted Cash Classic Appaloosa Show | September 18- 20, 2026

Also running concurrently, The Spotted Cash Classic Appaloosa Show will bring Appaloosa competition to WEC – Ocala with $80,000 in added money and expanded opportunities for exhibitors throughout the weekend.
