Join us on on Friday, October 31 from 6:30pm to 9pm for a free spooktacular Halloween celebration on the WEC Grand Plaza.

Gather your family and embark on a trick-or-treating adventure. Parade through the plaza on the way to cookie and pumpkin decorating.  Capture family memories with a festive photo op. Then enjoy live music and spirited entertainment from our talented balloon artist and face painter.

Don’t miss the Hocus Pawcus Canine Costume Contest the weekend before on Saturday, October 25.
