World Equestrian Center Announces Return of Winter Wonderland November 28 through December 23

Ocala, FL – World Equestrian Center – Ocala (WEC) welcomes families back for another enchanting year of Winter Wonderland presented by AdventHealth. This beloved holiday tradition returns November 28 through December 23, Wednesday through Sunday with activations from 5pm to 9pm.  

Each year the monthlong event transforms the backdrop of the Grand Plaza with more than a million lights and show-stopping holiday decorations. Event highlights include photos with Santa Claus and a chance to greet the Grinch! Catch a special rotating lineup of holiday entertainment and festive food and drink on Fridays and Saturdays, plus December 21 through 23.  

The 2025 Winter Wonderland event will feature a new per-person ticketed admission. From Wednesday through Sunday, tickets are required for plaza entry from 3pm to 9pm. Pricing starts at $5 per person in advance and $7 day of on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, with weekend pricing on Fridays and Saturdays (plus December 21 through 23) at $10 per person in advance and $12 day of. Children 4 and under are always free. General and accessible parking is complimentary for all attendees, with an option to purchase VIP parking. Taxes and fees are additional. Please note that tickets are final sale. Refunds and rain checks are not available.

Special events will be held on select dates, including the heartwarming Breakfast with Santa experience and a new, holiday-themed 5v5 youth soccer tournament from Sports at WEC. Ever-popular, Breakfast with Santa will be offered on six dates throughout the season and will be held in WEC Exposition Center 1 from 9am to 11am. The event features a festive breakfast menu, hot chocolate station, story time and photos with Santa, and appearances by holiday characters. Tickets and registration for both special events are sold separately. 

For the most enchanting experience, stay packages are available at select dates for both The Equestrian Hotel and The Riding Academy Hotel. Packages are designed for families looking to turn their visit into a festive weekend getaway and include Winter Wonderland admission, tickets to Breakfast with Santa, cookie decorating kits, stockings and a commemorative ornament.
