World Sport Horse Sales Joins World Equestrian Center – Ocala as a Sponsor
31 JAN 26 Ocala, FL
Ocala, FL – World Equestrian Center (WEC) is pleased to announce a partnership with World Sport Horse Sales (WSHS), formalizing a collaboration that has included three successful editions of the World Sport Horse Sales auction at WEC – Ocala. The agreement confirms WEC as the permanent home of the auction and supports its continued development.

Since its launch in 2023, World Sport Horse Sales has focused on the sale of jumper, hunter, and equitation horses through a model that combines American and European expertise. The auction was developed in direct connection with World Equestrian Center by Redfield Farm (USA), Stal Hendrix (NED), and André Thieme (GER), with support from WEC and the Roberts family.
“Everything at WEC is first class. If an event is held at their facility, it has to meet their standards – and we work very hard to meet and exceed those expectations by organizing a fantastic event for everyone involved,” says Paul Hendrix, co-organizer of World Sport Horse Sales. “Next to the event itself, we value the connections we make and partnerships we build with the WEC community enormously.”
“Built on three successful years, we are very pleased to see our vision continue to evolve,” adds fellow co-organizer Emil Spadone. “The quality of the auction collection we present each year is paramount. Auctioning the horses is only part of the story; true success is seeing these horses thrive with their new owners and riders. It is such a joy to see multiple well-performing ambassadors of previous auctions making a name for themselves and representing our auction proudly.”
Through this sponsor partnership, both organizations commit to long-term growth, strategic development, and deeper collaboration. For World Sport Horse Sales, the agreement supports continued international expansion and enhanced live and online bidding opportunities. For World Equestrian Center, the partnership reinforces its role as a global hub for elite sport and world-class equestrian experiences
The next edition of World Sport Horse Sales will be held Friday, March 13, 2026, at WEC – Ocala.
