2024 Dressage
Dressage competition at World Equestrian Center – Ocala will take a step up in 2024 with an expanded schedule and new, dedicated facilities on the more than 2,000-acre venue. With five-star accommodations, on-site dining options and unparalleled shopping choices alongside the finest arenas and most comfortable stabling available for horses, both dressage competitors and fans will find the best setting for dressage in North America.
WEC – Ocala’s 2024 dressage schedule, sponsored by Hampton Green Farm and Discover Dressage is bigger and better in 2024 featuring 15 qualifying opportunities throughout the year. The 2024 calendar includes eight national USEF/USDF-rated events, while those competing at the Fédération Equestre International (FEI) level will have six internationally rated competitions.

Feed and Bedding
To ensure timely delivery, please place your feed and bedding orders at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival. Note, outside shaving deliveries and cardboard shavings are not permitted. Our feed and bedding store is conveniently located adjacent to Barn R. For any feed, bedding or stabling inquires, contact us at 352.414.3650.
Health Papers
Please bring the following health documents to the show office (located in Indoor Arena 6) or email ocalahealth@wec.net the following health papers, upon arrival. In the email, please state the horse’s show name and add the trainer’s name. Please, do not put photos in the body of the email, add the documents as attachments.
- A 30-day statement of health, certificate of veterinary inspection or a health certificate, is required for all horses arriving from instate or outside the state of Florida. The statement of health must be dated within 30 days of check in, affirming that the horses entering the facility have not had an elevated temperature, been to a facility where there has been a positive or suspected positive case of EHV, been in a close proximity to an ill horse and receive routine vet care and vaccinations. The Statement of Health must be signed by a licensed veterinarian and on the vet’s letterhead.
- Negative Coggins dated within one year.
- Trainer/Owner Health Declaration (New for 2024) – Signed by an owner/trainer confirming that the horse has not experienced a fever exceeding 101.5 degrees or any disease in the 72 hours leading up to its arrival. Additionally, the horse must not have been exposed to or treated for an unexplained fever in the past 28 days and should have tested negative for any disease at least 30 days prior to arrival. If the horse has tested positive within the last six months for any infectious diseases, this information should also be disclosed. See form.
- Vaccine records of Flu/Rhino within the span of six months.
