Winter Spectacular
Entries, weekly stall reservations, and the prize list are now available for the 2025 Winter Spectacular Show Series at World Equestrian Center – Ocala, which boasts over $10 million in prize money. Running from January 1 through March 23, 2025, this highly anticipated circuit features world-class hunter/jumper competition, sanctioned by US Equestrian (USEF) and Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI).
Exhibitors and spectators can expect an exciting 12-week season with more international competition than ever before. New for 2025, WEC – Ocala will host a five-star Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ Ocala from February 11-16. The Longines League of Nations™ North American qualifier returns from March 18-23. Also, mark your calendars for two USHJA World Championship Hunter Rider (WCHR) weeks with an $80,000 USHJA International Hunter Derby each week from January 28-February 2 and February 25-March 2.

Feed and Bedding:
To ensure timely delivery, please place your feed and bedding orders at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival. Note, outside shaving deliveries and cardboard shavings are not permitted. Our feed and bedding store is conveniently located adjacent to Barn R. For any feed, bedding or stabling inquires, contact us at 352.411.3650.
Tack, paddock, and feed and bedding splits are now accepted. Follow the updated process when submitting your entries.
Submit your entries on HorseShowing.com. A $50 deposit is required. Trainers need to create a ‘Barn Account,’ to order stalls, tack stalls, paddocks, feed and bedding. A form of payment must be provided at the Horse Show Office located in Indoor Arena 1. Individual entries can pay for stalls online at HorseShowing.com or include a form of payment on the entry blank. If you are unable to provide payment in person, complete the credit card slip below and email it directly to Kelly.Cyphert@wec.net. You will receive a confirmation email once the form of payment has been received.
Stall splits must be submitted to the show office by Friday at closing time. All accounts must be settled in full each week.

Health Papers
Health papers will be checked at the entry gates. Please use the entrance on SR-40 or 80th Avenue near the WEC General Store . To expedite check-in, health papers can be emailed to OcalaHealth@wec.net ahead of your arrival. In the email, please state the horse’s show name and add the trainer’s name.

- A 30-day statement of health, certificate of veterinary inspection or a health certificate, is required for all horses arriving from instate or outside the state of Florida
- Coggins within 1 year
- Trainer/Owner Health Declaration – Signed by an owner/trainer confirming that the horse has not experienced a fever exceeding 101.5 degrees or any disease in the 72 hours leading up to its arrival. Additionally, the horse must not have been exposed to or treated for an unexplained fever in the past 28 days and should have tested negative for any disease at least 30 days prior to arrival. If the horse has tested positive within the last six months for any infectious diseases, this information should also be disclosed. See form.
- Vaccine records of Flu/Rhino within the span of 6 months.

The Grand Prix Dining Experience Presented by Wheels Up
With a table offering the most coveted view of the Grand Arena, you can enjoy top-level equestrian sport under the lights at The Equestrian Hotel. Enjoy a welcome reception with passed hors d’oeuvres and a signature cocktail, then indulge in a four-course chef’s dinner featuring complimentary beer and wine. A cash bar will be available for spirits and bottles of wine from the in-house master sommelier’s selections.
Circuit tables are available for purchase and include the $350,000 Grand Prix CSIO5* on Thursday, March 20, and new in 2025, the FEI Jumping World Cup™ Qualifier on Saturday, February 15. During week XI, table holders will enjoy a Reception Experience at the WEC Stadium (offering charcuterie and complimentary beer and wine) during the $125,000 National Grand Prix.
Circuit tables are available through January 2, 2025. Priority seating will be given to series table holders who book early. Weekly table sales are available beginning December 9, 2024.
Grand Prix Reception Experience
For a more casual yet elevated experience, the Grand Prix Reception Experience offers confirmed seating as well as charcuterie, a complimentary drink ticket, and a private cash bar under the white canopy as you enjoy prime views of the Grand Arena. Available select Saturdays for $75 per person.
Grand Prix Brunch
Be sure to complete your weekend with the Grand Prix Brunch, served Sunday on the terrace of The Equestrian Hotel. Enjoy chef-curated brunch favorites and desserts while soaking in a relaxed, ringside atmosphere. Available on select Sundays for $49 per person.
Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ Ocala
Taking place from February 11-16, 2025, this event marks the first time WEC – Ocala will host a Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ North American League qualifier, in conjunction with the US Equestrian (USEF) Premier Hunter/Level 6 Jumper competition. This competition will bring Olympic-level talent to Ocala as some of the world’s best riders compete in five-star competition.
WEC – Ocala Spring Series
An exciting new addition to the winter circuit, the 2025 WEC – Ocala Spring Show will feature two weeks of Regional Hunter/Level 2 Jumper US Equestrian-sanctioned competition from March 26 to April 6, 2025. Stay tuned for details on entries, the prize list, and stall reservations, which will be available at a later date.
