Ocala, FL — The first of three Sports at WEC’s indoor soccer programs at World Equestrian Center – Ocala (WEC) will begin Saturday, May 3. Building on last summer’s success, Sports at WEC will relaunch its core soccer programs—offering twice-weekly open field pickup games for adults, indoor soccer field rentals, and four weeks of recreational youth indoor soccer camps. Soccer players of all abilities are invited to return to WEC’s air-conditioned Exposition Center Two to play indoors on premium artificial turf.
In 2024, the new organization, Sports at WEC, kicked off its inaugural year by establishing a range of sports training programs, providing an opportunity for players of all ages to engage in skill development, conditioning and most importantly, fun. This year, the organization is planning to offer even more opportunities to play indoors.
“We’re excited to bring indoor soccer programs back to the Ocala community for another summer,” said Director of Sports, Wyatt Stephens. “We’re able to expand our scheduled offerings this year to provide players with more time on the turf and even greater access to a world-class facility and premier training.”
Open Field Play (18+)
Adults ages 18 and up of all abilities are invited to join pickup games twice a week on select evenings from 5:30pm to 10pm. Sessions kick off on Saturday, May 3 with pickup games continuing throughout the summer on most Tuesday and Friday evenings (blackout dates apply). The final scrimmage night will be Saturday, August 2.
Participants must bring their own cleats, ball and gear. Pre-registration for $30 per person is encouraged online in advance, but walk-ups will be accepted at $40 per person while space allows.
Indoor Field Rental
Third-party coaches and teams seeking training space can access Sports at WEC’s premium indoor soccer turf spanning over 100,000 square feet, along with state-of-the-art equipment, through the field rental program.
Choose from four, 7v7 fields for 1 hour and 1.5 hour increments. Self-book online to view availability for practices, games or events and enjoy the benefits of a world-class indoor facility. Local coaches can enjoy the added benefit of one complimentary 1.5-hour rental during the month of May by contacting info@sportsatwec.com. Based on availability.
Sports at WEC’s Recreational Youth Soccer Camp
The Recreational Youth Soccer Camp will offer a total of four, week-long camps in June and July. The indoor soccer camp is geared toward children ages 5 through 14 of all skill levels. All camps will run from 9am to 2pm, with an option for extended hours through 5pm at an additional price.

- July 21-25 (Ages 5 to 9)
- July 28-August 1 (Ages 9 to 14)
