Emma’s Chocolate Tasting Class

Overview

Discover another side of chocolate with Emma’s Patisserie at World Equestrian Center – Ocala. On Saturday, October 24, and Saturday, November 14, Emma’s pastry team will take guests through chocolate’s journey from cacao fruit to finished confection.  

In this guided experience, guests will taste their way through the story of chocolate, uncovering how elements such as origin and craftsmanship shape each bite. The tasting also offers a closer look at how chocolatiers transform flavor into finished creations and teaches guests to taste chocolate like a professional.

Secure your place early, as space is limited. Advance reservations are required.

Guest Details 

Arrival & Parking: This experience will take place at Aston’s Meeting Room in The Equestrian Manor at World Equestrian Center – Ocala. Complimentary self-parking is available in the parking lot across from The Equestrian Manor. 

Payment & Fees: Reservations are prepaid in full at the time of booking. A 2% OpenTable service fee, 20% gratuity, and applicable taxes additional. 

Cancelation Policy: Cancelations made at least 48 hours prior to the reservation will receive a full refund. No shows, cancelations or modifications within 48 hours of the reservation will forfeit your payment.    

Dietary Requests: Please message us through OpenTable with any dietary restrictions or allergies before your tasting. Chocolates may contain dairy, soy, nuts, gluten or alcohol. Emma’s Patisserie operates from a shared kitchen and cannot guarantee an allergen-free experience.
