Overview

Discover the art of champagne during an extraordinary evening celebrating the legendary Louis Roederer Cristal.  

Hosted in Genievieve’s Private Dining Room, this intimate six-course dinner showcases an exceptional menu by Chef Kristofer Sullivan, thoughtfully crafted to complement an extraordinary collection of Louis Roederer champagnes, including multiple Cristal vintages.  

The evening begins with a selection of hors d’oeuvres paired with Louis Roederer Collection 244 before progressing through a guided tasting featuring the newly released Cristal 2018, commemorating the 150th anniversary of the iconic cuvée, Cristal 2013, Cristal Rosé 2015, Cristal Rosé 2013 and the remarkably rare Cristal Vinothèque 1997. Conclude the evening with dessert and Ramos Pinto 20-Year Tawny Port. 

This exclusive experience is offered at $1,000 per person. 2% OpenTable service fee and 20% gratuity additional. Event is 21+.
