We stayed here on the second leg of our FL vacation. We went to Clearwater first to visit my mom and stayed at a family friendly place with a waterpark. It was fine, but not really up to our standards. I could not wait to get to WEC and enjoy a higher standard! They did not disappoint. From the moment you pull up, it’s an experience. Front doors are opened for you as soon as they see you coming. The bell hop was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The woman who checked us in was kind and helpful. The lobby is STUNNING! The whole hotel, honestly. The attention to little details can be seen. We had two days here and I could have used at least one more. They have wonderful amenities all over the property. Lots of shopping. Tons of places to choose from to eat from casual sit down to fine dining, to carryout. The place even smells good. So good I had to go to one of the stores on the main floor and purchase a few home diffusers to bring back home with me! I cannot wait to come back. It’s a whole experience. Rent a golf cart and explore the property a bit. You won’t be disappointed.
