Celebrate 60 Years of Robert Mondavi Winery at A Winemaker’s Dinner

Ocala, FL – Join us on Thursday, July 30, for an extraordinary evening honoring six decades of Robert Mondavi Winery, one of Napa Valley’s most influential wineries.

Hosted in Aston’s Room at The Equestrian Manor, this intimate wine dinner features a five-course menu crafted by Chef Roland LaCroix of The Polo Pony, expertly paired with a curated selection of Robert Mondavi wines.

Highlights of the evening include Pan-Seared Sea Scallops paired with To Kalon Reserve Fumé Blanc, 2022, Five-Spice Encrusted Ahi Tuna alongside The Oakville Estates Cabernet Sauvignon, 2021, and Beef Burgundy Puff Pastry with the commemorative 60th Anniversary Cabernet Sauvignon, 2023.

A highlight of the evening will be a tasting of To Kalon Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2021. Paired with Filo-Crusted Lamb Loin with Garlic Prawns, this exceptional tasting offers an exclusive opportunity to explore the history, craftsmanship and character of Robert Mondavi Winery.

Reservations are available through OpenTable. Tickets are $159 per person plus tax and gratuity. Guests must be 21 years or older.
