Entries Now Open for the September & October Fall Series at World Equestrian Center – Ocala

Ocala, FL – Entries and stall reservations are now open for the September & October Fall Series at World Equestrian Center – Ocala (WEC), running from September 23 through October 11. The September Show will feature Regional Hunter/Level 2 Jumper competition, with both weeks in October offering Regional Hunter/Level 3 Jumper competition and classes for all levels.

Competition is scheduled to take place in WEC’s expansive outdoor arenas, with indoor arenas available as a weather contingency to help ensure a seamless experience for exhibitors and horses alike.

Stall Pricing 

Weekly stall, tack stall, and paddock reservations are now open on HorseShowing.com. A $50 deposit is required with your entry, and weekly stall/paddock reservations can now be added to your entry. Feed and Bedding

To ensure timely delivery, please place your feed and bedding orders at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival. Note, outside shaving deliveries and cardboard shavings are not permitted. Our feed and bedding store is conveniently located adjacent to Barn R. For any feed, bedding or stabling inquiries, contact us at 352.411.3650.

Health Papers

Upload all required health documents to your EquiTrace® EventPass account before arrival. Your QR code will be scanned at the SR-40 or NW 80th Avenue entrance near the WEC General Store. Create a free EventPass account and view the registration guide before arriving.

  • 30-Day Health Certificate for horses arriving from outside the state of Florida, issued by a licensed veterinarian within 30 days of arrival
  • Negative Coggins within 1 year
  • Trainer/Owner Health Declaration – Signed by an owner/trainer confirming that the horse has not experienced a fever exceeding 101.5 degrees or any disease in the 72 hours leading up to its arrival. Additionally, the horse must not have been exposed to or treated for an unexplained fever in the past 28 days and should have tested negative for any disease at least 30 days prior to arrival. If the horse has tested positive within the last six months for any infectious diseases, this information should also be disclosed.
  • Vaccine records of Flu/Rhino within the span of 6 months.
