Ocala, FL – This Thanksgiving, World Equestrian Center – Ocala (WEC) is making the holiday easier with several ways to spend more time around the table.

Gather for an elevated Thanksgiving Buffet at The Equestrian Manor, bring the feast home with Thanksgiving To Go or enjoy fine dining across the resort, including a prix fixe menu at Stirrups Restaurant. Choose how you gather while we take care of the rest.

Gather Around the Thanksgiving Buffet

For a Thanksgiving gathering with something to please every palate, the Thanksgiving Buffet will be served in Miss Amelia’s Ballroom at The Equestrian Manor. 

The abundant spread brings together Thanksgiving favorites and autumnal flavors, from cider-brined turkey breast and herb-crusted prime rib at the carving stations to sweet potato gratin with pecan streusel and brioche stuffing with apple and fennel sausage. Pumpkin and burrata salad, charcuterie and additional selections round out the savory offerings, with a seasonal collection of desserts to finish the feast. 

The Thanksgiving Buffet will be served Thursday, November 26, with three seatings available:  

• 11:30am
• 2:30pm
• 5:30pm

Pricing includes a 14% gratuity, with applicable sales tax and online service fees additional. Reservations are required: 

• Adults | $135.66
• Children (ages 6–12) | $44.46
• Children 5 & under | Complimentary

Take Home a Feast

For hosts who wish to keep the gathering at home, WEC’s Thanksgiving To Go offers elevated holiday classics prepared for pickup, so you spend more time enjoying the gathering. 
 
This year’s menu pairs cider-brined turkey breast and maple-glazed ham with brioche stuffing, whipped potatoes, creamed corn, Brussels sprouts and assorted sweet rolls. And for dessert, yes, there is both pumpkin and apple pie. 

For an extra touch, hosts can add a festive charcuterie board or a selection of wines to their order.  

Thanksgiving To Go is available in two sizes: 

• Serves 6-8 | $399
• Serves 12-14 | $615

*Please note sales tax and online service fees are additional. 

Orders must be placed by Sunday, November 22. We welcome guests to share any dietary needs when placing their order so our team can prepare accordingly.

Meals are packed cold with warming instructions included and will be available for pickup Wednesday, November 25, in The Equestrian Manor Lobby. Pickup times are available every 30 minutes from 11am – 4pm. 

Make Thanksgiving an Occasion

Stirrups Restaurant Prix Fixe Menu

Thanksgiving takes on a special touch at Stirrups Restaurant, where a multi-course prix fixe menu brings the flavors of the season to The Equestrian Hotel. Begin with roasted heirloom squash and grilled lobster tail, followed by a choice of entrée then pecan mud pie for dessert. Reservations are required for three seatings at 11am, 2:30pm and 5:30pm.

Across the resort, Thanksgiving celebrations continue with seasonal dishes such as truffle-roasted turkey at Genievieve’s, salted-caramel apple pie at The Polo Pony and brown butter pumpkin mousse at Yellow Pony Pub & Garden.
