The Paris Room at The Equestrian Hotel

Meeting Information Please meet in The Equestrian Hotel lobby by 3:45pm to depart for the first event.

A Celebration in Motion: The Baraat

An immersive outdoor celebration inspired by the vibrant traditions of South Asian weddings.

Attire Vibrant colors or traditional South Asian attire.

7pm

The Grand Reception

An evening of exceptional hospitality awaits within the grandeur of The Equestrian Manor.

Meeting Information Please meet in The Equestrian Hotel lobby by 6:30pm to depart for The Equestrian Manor.

Attire Elegant semi-formal attire.

Late Evening

The White Willow After Dark

A closing toast, late-evening cocktails, desserts and unexpected moments to conclude the evening.

Transportation Transportation will be available to return you to The Equestrian Hotel through 1am.

Explore a collection of signature venues, hidden gems and unforgettable experiences throughout the property.

Attire Western-inspired attire. Comfortable closed-toe footwear is recommended.

Curated Luncheon

Gather for a final afternoon of conversation, inspiration and hospitality.

Transportation

Transportation will be provided for select experiences on both Sunday and Monday. Guests should plan to arrive in The Equestrian Hotel lobby before the listed meeting times.

Guests should return to the hotel lobby by 6:30pm for transportation to The Equestrian Manor for The Grand Reception. Following White Willow After Dark, transportation will be available to return guests to The Equestrian Hotel through 1am.
