Ocala, FL – On Thursday, November 5, World Equestrian Center – Ocala (WEC) invites guests to experience The Art of Champagne: An Evening with Cristal, an intimate six-course dining experience celebrating the legendary Louis Roederer Cristal.

Hosted in Genievieve’s Private Dining Room at The Equestrian Manor, this exclusive dinner features an exceptional menu by Chef Kristofer Sullivan, thoughtfully crafted to complement an extraordinary collection of Louis Roederer champagnes. Featured dishes include Scallop Crudo, Duck Agnolotti and Filet ai Funghi.

Guests will enjoy a guided tasting showcasing multiple Cristal vintages, including the newly released Cristal 2018, commemorating the 150th anniversary of the iconic cuvée, and the remarkably rare Cristal Vinothèque 1997, available from a small number of bottles.

The evening begins with a selection of hors d’oeuvres paired with Louis Roederer Collection 244 before progressing through Cristal 2018, Cristal 2013, Cristal Rosé 2015, Cristal Rosé 2013 and Cristal Vinothèque 1997. Dessert concludes the evening alongside Ramos Pinto 20-Year Tawny Port.

Guests attending the Ocala Food & Wine Festival, taking place November 6 through 8, can start the celebration early and enjoy this exclusive event before the festival begins.
