Celebrate Oktoberfest 2023 at World Equestrian Center – Ocala!
It’s that time of year again when we bring the spirit of Germany to World Equestrian Center – Ocala! We are excited to announce the return of our annual WEC Oktoberfest event, now in its third year. Join us for two back-to-back Saturdays of German-themed fun on September 30 and October 7, 2023 from 11am to 5pm in Expo Center 1. As a family-friendly event with something for everyone, we’ll have entertainment lined up for the food lover, the beer aficionado or those simply looking for a good time in celebration of German culture and cuisine.
Oktoberfest Festivities | September 30 and October 7
The festivities will kick off on September 30 with an exciting lineup of activities and entertainment. Break out your lederhosen and dirndls and get ready to indulge in a variety of traditional German food. We will be serving up all your favorites, including pretzels with beer cheese, bratwurst, schnitzel, spaetzle, dampfnudel, and more. The best part? All food is included in the ticket price, so you can indulge!
Of course, no Oktoberfest celebration is complete without beer. Purchase a commemorative 22-ounce beer stein and enjoy your first pour on us! Then, challenge your strength in the stein-holding competition and put on your dancing shoes and sway to the sounds of the Swinging Bavarians.
Saturday, October 7 | Schnitzel Shuffle 5K Fun Run and Walk
Join us for the pre-event Schnitzel Shuffle 5K Fun Run at 10am. Lace up your running shoes and embrace the Oktoberfest spirit with this 5K that ends at the event! Please note that separate registration is required for the Schnitzel Shuffle 5K Fun Run.
