December 5, 2024 – Ocala, FL – Media accreditation is now available for the 2025 World Equestrian Center – Ocala (WEC) Winter Spectacular Show Series and its featured events. The circuit runs for 12 weeks from January 1 through March 23 at World Equestrian Center in Ocala, FL, and boasts more than $10 million in prize money.
This highly anticipated circuit features world-class hunter, jumper and equitation competition that is sanctioned by US Equestrian (USEF) and Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) with more international competition than ever before. New for 2025, WEC – Ocala will host a five-star Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ Ocala on February 11-16. The Longines League of Nations™ Ocala returns on March 18-23.
In an exciting update for 2025, both WCHR competition weeks will feature an $80,000 USHJA International Hunter Derby held in the WEC Stadium. WCHR events are scheduled for Week V (January 28 – February 2) and Week IX (February 25 – March 2). Week XII (March 18 – 23) will offer increased prize money of $75,000 for each of the three national hunter derbies. The WEC Premier Equitation Cup Championship returns on February 8.
Accredited media can look forward to a superior experience in the WEC – Ocala’s world-class media center, which features all of the necessary amenities close to the WEC Grand Arena.
