OCALA, Florida – World Equestrian Center – Ocala is excited to announce the 2025 Summer Series, featuring an expanded indoor schedule to help competitors stay cool. Running from June 4 to August 10, hunter/jumper competition will be held weekly, Wednesday through Sunday, primarily in the air-conditioned Indoor Arenas. Enhancing the indoor experience, Indoor Arena 5 now features upgraded GGT footing, increasing the total number of air-conditioned indoor arenas to six. Additionally, the climate-controlled barns provide a comfortable environment for both horses and athletes throughout the series.
The Summer Show Series will also feature nine weeks of international competition in the renowned WEC Grand Arena, with convenient air-conditioned indoor schooling available in Indoor Arena 3. With world-class facilities designed for comfort and peak performance, exhibitors can continue their summer competition schedule while staying cool.
The South Standlee/USHJA National Hunter Derby Regional Championship returns to WEC – Ocala during Week II, June 17-22, of the 2025 Summer Series. The championship will feature three derbies: open, junior and amateur, each boasting $12,500 in prize money. Set in the prestigious WEC Stadium, this regional championship provides hunter riders with a prime opportunity to compete in a grand setting ahead of the Platinum Performance/USHJA International Hunter Derby Championship and USHJA Green Hunter Incentive Championship in August.
