Each year, World Equestrian Center (WEC) welcomes athletes and spectators from across the globe to our renowned circuits in Wilmington, Ohio, and Ocala, Florida. United by a shared passion for equestrian sport, our community has helped shape WEC into the world’s premier destination for excellence in competition and hospitality.

Our Equestrian Profile features Bud Lyon, a seasoned Western performance horse trainer. Lyon shares a glimpse into his riding journey, from the beginning to breaking world records.

We explore the development of young athletes through the WEC Premier Cup in Ocala, Florida, and the WEC Medal Final in Wilmington, Ohio.

The 2025 Winter Spectacular Show Series at WEC – Ocala played host to the final Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ qualifier of the 2024-2025 season and the second leg of Longines League of Nations™.

As we look forward to family friendly fun, we explore a range of world-class events at WEC including the Kentucky Derby Hat Party and the Hocus Pawcus Canine Costume Contest.
