Ocala, FL – Entries and weekly stall reservations are now open for the 2023 Winter Spectacular Show Series. The 12-week series is comprised of United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) Premier Hunter/Level 6 Jumper competition running consecutively from January 4, 2023 through March 26, 2023. Week IX, February 28, 2023 through March 5, 2023 will showcase Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) CSI3* competition. The Premier Equitation Cup Championship returns to World Equestrian Center – Ocala on Saturday, February 11, 2023. - A 14-day statement of health, certificate of veterinary inspection or a health certificate, required for all horses arriving from instate or outside the state of Florida
- Coggins that were taken within the span of 1 year
- Vaccine records of Flu/Rhino within the span of 6 months

USEF & USHJA Membership Information
All riders, owners and trainers & parents signing as trainers must be a current USEF member and be current on SafeSport training. All riders, owners and trainers must be a current USHJA member or weekly show pass fees will be incurred. Amateur exhibitors must be members of USEF. Horse USEF Recording is necessary to accumulate points. Microchips are required to be eligible to compete in Hunter/Jumper competitions.

The Grand Prix Dining Experience presented by Wheels Up
World Equestrian Center – Ocala is pleased to announce weekly tables are now available for The Grand Prix Dining Experience presented by Wheels Up.
With a table offering the most coveted view of the Grand Arena, you can enjoy top-level equestrian sport under the lights at The Equestrian Hotel. Indulge in a three-course chef’s dinner featuring complimentary beer and wine. A cash bar will be available for spirits and bottles of wine from the in-house master sommelier’s selections.
Purchase tables in advance for the full 12-week series or by the week. Weekly table sales available beginning December 16, 2022. Circuit tables are available through January 5, 2023. Priority seating will be given to series table holders who book early.
Equitation Highlights
Week VI of the 2023 Winter Spectacular Show Series at World Equestrian Center – Ocala will showcase the WEC Premier Equitation Cup Championship, where junior riders will be competing for the WEC Premier Cup title and a brand-new car!
Riders need to place in two Premier Equitation Cup Qualifying classes in order to compete in the championship. The qualifying period is open until February 5, 2023. View the 2023 Premier Cup Equitation Specifications.
2023 Winter Spectacular Show Series Extended Stay RV Rate
Book in advance and save during 2023 Winter Spectacular Show Series. Book an RV park stay with a minimum of 80 nights before November 1, 2022 and enjoy $60 per night rate on stays falling within series dates. Book after November 1, 2022 and pay $70 per night during series dates. Additional taxes and fees apply.

The University of Florida Veterinary Hospital at World Equestrian Center in Ocala is open for business providing leading-edge patient care to horses and small animals located on-site as well as from the local community. The hospital’s equine services focus on sports medicine, diagnostic imaging and rehabilitation. Small animals can receive urgent and primary care, along with specialty services.
The WEC/UF Veterinary Hospital offers leading-edge diagnostic imaging technology, including the Qalibra CT, Hallmarq MRI, and LONGMILE PETscanner. Each of these provides different types of information and may be used in combination to provide more specific and accurate diagnostic information to better diagnose lameness and orthopedic problems. There is no other facility that offers the combination of diagnostic imaging modalities in one site.
Along with specialists certified in equine sports medicine and rehabilitation, the UF Veterinary Hospital at WEC has a full complement of rehabilitative modalities available for physical therapy and strengthening, conditioning, and recovery of equine athletes including aqua treadmill, vibration plate, cold water spa, dry salt, solarium, laser, extracorporeal shockwave therapies and much more.
