Ocala, FL – World Equestrian Center – Ocala is pleased to introduce a new partnership with EquiTrace®, the Official Verified Horse Health Records provider of US Equestrian (USEF), for the 2025 Summer Series. As part of this initiative, all hunter/jumper exhibitors will be required to use EquiTrace’s EventPass to upload and verify horse health documentation prior to arrival. Creating an EventPass account is free and mandatory for all exhibitors.
EventPass offers a secure, paperless way to manage horse health records from any desktop or mobile device. With more than 2,000 horses already verified through the platform, it is trusted by top riders and barns for its efficiency and ease of use.
The system uses smart technology to extract key details—such as vaccination records, health certificates, and Coggins—from uploaded files, significantly streamlining the approval process. Once verified, each horse is issued a unique QR code that can be scanned via the mobile app or printed for quick, hassle-free check-in at the gate. This process reflects WEC – Ocala’s ongoing commitment to equine health and biosecurity.
“EventPass was built to eliminate the stress of paperwork for competitors and give show organizers a clear digital solution for horse health compliance. We’re excited to bring this level of convenience and ease to one of the premier show venues in the U.S.,” said Killian Gaffney, CEO of EquiTrace.
How It Works:
- Create a free “EventPass Lite” account.
- Add your horses manually or by linking your USEF account.
- Upload the required health documents.
- Receive email confirmation once your documents are verified.
- Select your show week and horses attending. Complete your health declaration online.
- Scan your EventPass QR code at the gate upon arrival.
