Labor Day Barrel Blast
Entries and stall reservations open June 20 through Saddlebook.com for the Labor Day Barrel Blast, held from August 28 to September 1 in Indoor Arena 5 at World Equestrian Center – Ocala.
With over $39,000 in added prize money, the 2025 Labor Day Barrel Blast is the perfect opportunity for youth and teens to showcase their skills. The event features two dedicated divisions: Youth (ages 12 & under) and Teen (ages 13–18), with top competitors advancing to the Super Monday Finals on September 1.
To accommodate school schedules, this year’s competition schedule has been adjusted: go-rounds will take place on Saturday and Sunday, with Finals on Monday’s holiday.
New for 2025 is the Limited Rider class, based on EquiStat earnings, offering riders a chance to compete across three races and earn points toward major year-end awards at the Fiddlers Turkey Run. Also returning is the High Roller class, a high-stakes, high-reward race with a substantial payout.
Don’t miss Funday Sunday, an early evening ice cream float party where all finalists receive their back numbers.
