Wilmington, OHIO – July 9, 2024 – Join us this fall at World Equestrian Center – Wilmington (WEC) for the 2024 Fall Classic Series and the 2024 Midwest Indoors Series. The Fall Classic Series will feature five weeks of elite USEF-rated hunter/jumper competition, bringing top horse-and-athlete combinations and internationally acclaimed course designers to Wilmington. The 2024 Midwest Indoors Series will feature three weeks of USEF Premier/Level 4 Jumper competition, the WEC Medal Final, and a new week of competition, Thanksgiving in the Midwest.
2024 Fall Classic Series:
Beginning September 25, 2024, through October 27, 2024, the Fall Classic Series will offer more than $1 million in prize money and awards and will host two $50,000 Grands Prix and three $60,000 Grands Prix in the Standlee Sanctuary. Fall Classic III will host the Young Hunter Championship and the $45,000 Young Jumper Championship.
The R+L Arena will offer weekly $15,000 USHJA National 3’ Hunter Derbies, a $3,500 2’6’ Non-Pro Hunter Derby, and a $1,500 USHJA Pony Hunter Derby. Fall Classic V will introduce the $12,000 WEC 3’6”-3’9” Hunter Derby.
Fall Classic V will also feature a $2,500 Gambler’s Choice .90-1.0m and a $3,500 Gambler’s Choice 1.10-1.15m. WEC’s annual costume contest will be held during Fall Classic V with a $250 prize for the Champion winner and a $150 prize for the Reserve Champion winner.

2024 Midwest Indoors Series:
Beginning November 6, 2024, through November 24, 2024, Midwest Indoors will offer more than $600,000 in prize money and awards, featuring a weekly $30,000 Grand Prix, $10,000 Futures Prix, two $15,000 USHJA National Hunter Derbies, a $3,500 2’6’ Non-Pro Hunter Derby, and a $1,500 USHJA Pony Hunter Derby.
Midwest Indoors II will play host to the prestigious WEC Medal Finals where the winning rider of each section will receive a new and improved Gotrax Scooter to zip from ring to ring. Qualifiers will be emailed invitations and qualifying opportunities will continue at all shows leading up to the finals.

We encourage all exhibitors to bring family, friends and dogs to shop, dine and enjoy top hunter/jumper competition! Weekly events will be held with prizes available. WEC events are free to the public.

Guests are advised to make lodging reservations at their earliest convenience to ensure they secure accommodations close to the show grounds. Reservations can be made at WEC.net or by calling 937-382-0985 ext. 3.
WEC – Wilmington has a myriad of onsite lodging options for guests:
- The Wilbur’s Estate –a stunning plantation-style mansion with five elegant luxury suites. The Wilbur’s Estate is centrally located on the horse show grounds, just steps from arenas, stabling, and the Paddock Club. Free WiFi and VIP parking are included in your stay.
- Cabins – Each of our cabins sleeps up to six guests and is within walking distance from the arenas and barns. Accessible options are available. Free WiFi is included.
- Home Away from Home Park – Directly across the street from our horse show entrance, our 130 Home Away From Home units have two or three bedrooms with a fully equipped kitchen and living and dining room area. Free WiFi is included.
- Camping Sites – WEC has many camping sites equipped with electric, water, and sewer. Spots must be reserved on your entry form or stall reservation form. Please check in at the horse show office for a pass prior to parking your RV.
