Where can I learn more about the schedule of events that are happening at the facility?

There is a calendar accessible on the homepage of our website. You can also sign up to receive emails from World Equestrian Center through our website, or by sending a message.

What kind of events are happening at the facility?

We have 28 weeks of top, USEF  rated Hunter / Jumper horse shows, and we host another 15 or so shows that feature other disciplines and breeds such as Quarter Horses, Arabians and Appaloosas.

What is the address of the facility?

The World Equestrian Center is located at 4095 OH-730, Wilmington, Ohio.

What are the hours of operation?
It varies. The horse show day typically runs from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. On Sundays the events start a bit earlier in the
R+L Arena – at 7:00 a.m.

Is there an Admission Fee at World Equestrian Center shows?

No, World Equestrian Center Shows are free and open to
the public.

Is there seating available at the events?

Yes. Each of our three main arenas have grandstand
seating that is free and open to the public on a first
come. first serve basis.

Is there a charge for parking?

No. Parking is free at the facility in spots on the front and side of the facility designated for visitors. Spectators should enter the show grounds at the main gate and park out front in designated spots.

Is World Equestrian Center Shows Handicap accessible?

Yes. The grandstands in the Sanctuary Arena and the R+L Arena are handicap accessible with lifts to accommodate wheelchairs.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes. World Equestrian Center welcomes well-behaved dogs on leashes at the horse shows.

Are the World Equestrian Center events family-friendly?

Yes. We encourage spectators to bring the whole family to the events at World Equestrian Center.

Are there places to eat at the World Equestrian Center?

Yes. We have three main eateries on site: The Paddock Club, The International Café and Dark Horse Coffee Co. The Paddock Club and the International Grille offers traditional breakfast and lunch fare, and the Dark Horse Coffee Co. offers a wide selection of drinks and breakfast sweets. Enjoy eggs any way, burgers, grilled sandwiches, salads, soups and desserts. The International Café at World Equestrian Center open at 7 a.m. on horse show days. The Paddock Club opens Wednesday through Sunday on horse show weeks at 4 p.m. Dark Horse Coffee Co. opens at 6:30 am on show days.

Do you serve alcohol at the facility?

Yes. The International Café serves beer and wine and The Paddock Club has a full bar.

Is there shopping on site at World Equestrian Center?

Yes. We have anywhere from 15 to 20 vendors at any given horse show. Our very own A Sudden Impulse boutique also features World Equestrian Center-branded gear. We also offer an eclectic collection of antiques, whimsical housewares, gifts, jewelry, toys and stuffed animals. There are treats and products just for dogs too.

Can I take photos at the facility?

Yes. You are welcome to take photos while spectating at the facility. You may not sell the photos to exhibitors though because we have a contract with an official horse show photographer.

Can I rent out the facility for a function?

If you are interested in having an event at the facility, please call TJ Campbell at 352.857.4572.

Can my organization have an equestrian event at the facility?

Yes. If you are interested in hosting an equestrian event at the facility, please call General Manager Vinnie Card at 352.402.4368 for Ocala, FL or TJ Campbell at 352.857.4572 for Wilmington, OH.
