Due to Hurricane Milton, the open schooling hunter/jumper weekend on Friday, October 11 and Saturday October 12 at World Equestrian Center – Ocala has been canceled. CANCELED – World Equestrian Center – Ocala invites horse-and-rider combinations to take advantage of an open hunter/jumper schooling weekend on Friday, October 11 and Saturday, October 12. Horse-and-rider combinations will have the opportunity to train in our indoor and outdoor arenas ahead of the upcoming fall and winter circuits.
Five arenas will be available, with hunter jumps set up in UF Health Indoor Arena 2 and Florida Coast Equipment Jumper 2. Jumpers will be held in Indoor 3 and Buckeye Nutrition Jumper 1. Exhibitors can choose to school indoors or outdoors, with flat work open in the Jumper 1 and Jumper 2 schooling ring.
Registration and payment must be completed through the button below. $80/horse per day
Ship-in only. Parking is available in front of Indoor Arena 5 or at the South Ship-in lot near Barn K.
Before horses are unloaded, riders must go to the show office with the appropriate health papers needed to receive a back number. Horses without a back number will not be permitted in the arenas. A waiver will need to be signed by all individuals coming onto the property for schooling including trainers, riders, owners, family members, grooms, etc.

Health Papers
Please bring the following health documents to the show office (located in Indoor Arena 1) upon arrival or email them to ocalahealth@wec.net . In the email, please state the horse’s show name and add the trainer’s name. Please, do not put photos in the body of the email, add the documents as attachments.
- A 30-day statement of health, certificate of veterinary inspection or a health certificate, is required for all horses arriving from instate or outside the state of Florida. The statement of health must be dated within 30 days of check in, affirming that the horses entering the facility have not had an elevated temperature, been to a facility where there has been a positive or suspected positive case of EHV, been in a close proximity to an ill horse and receive routine vet care and vaccinations. The Statement of Health must be signed by a licensed veterinarian and on the vet’s letterhead.
- Negative Coggins dated within one year.
- Trainer/Owner Health Declaration (New for 2024) – Signed by an owner/trainer confirming that the horse has not experienced a fever exceeding 101.5 degrees or any disease in the 72 hours leading up to its arrival. Additionally, the horse must not have been exposed to or treated for an unexplained fever in the past 28 days and should have tested negative for any disease at least 30 days prior to arrival. If the horse has tested positive within the last six months for any infectious diseases, this information should also be disclosed. See form.
- Vaccine records of Flu/Rhino within the span of six months.
