2024 Midwest Indoors
Beginning November 6, 2024, through November 24, 2024, Midwest Indoors will offer more than $600,000 in prize money and awards, featuring a weekly $30,000 Grand Prix, $10,000 Futures Prix, two $15,000 USHJA National Hunter Derbies, a $3,500 2’6’ Non-Pro Hunter Derby, and a $1,500 USHJA Pony Hunter Derby.
Midwest Indoors II will play host to the prestigious WEC Medal Finals where the winning rider of each section will receive a new and improved Gotrax Scooter to zip from ring to ring. Qualifiers will be emailed invitations and qualifying opportunities will continue at all shows leading up to the finals.

Health Papers
All horses entering World Equestrian Center grounds must have:
- Proof of a current negative Coggins test (within 12 months)
- A 14-day certificate of veterinary inspection, required for all horses arriving from outside the state of Ohio
- Proof of mandatory vaccinations
Horses who fail to arrive with appropriate equestrian forms and paperwork cannot unload onto show grounds. Please email your paperwork to ohhealth@wec.net prior to arrival.

Stabling
Stalls at our Wilmington, Ohio, venue for showing horses will be $250 and tack stalls will be $250.
Stalls must be reserved on the official stall reservation form located at this link: online stabling reservation form. Most stalls are permanent wood construction, 10×12 with doors. Some stalls may be 10×10 with doors and some may be temporary. Please note that in the event stalls are sold out, preference will be given to those exhibitors showing multiple weeks.
Feed and Bedding
We carry an assortment of feed to fit exhibitor needs. Feed and bedding must be ordered through our online feed and bedding form.

Official Show Veterinarian
Hagyard Equine Medical Institute will serve as the Official Show Veterinarian of World Equestrian Center – Wilmington. Dr. Sarah Escaro and Dr. Jessica Gould will be on-site and available to competitors throughout the show season. Hagyard will be located in Barn A for all hunter/jumper events.
