WILMINGTON, Ohio — August 28, 2017 — The World Equestrian Center has expanded their Fall Series to include FOUR weeks of USEF AA rated horse shows in their climate controlled indoor facility, which includes more than 200,000 square feet of riding space. The WEC Fall Series prize list is available online at http://www.WEC.net and entries are now open at www.horseshowing.com. Stalls should be reserved on the official stall reservation form and submitted to Caroline Smith at StallReservations@robertsarena.com.
The Fall Series offers more than $600,000 in combined prize money and features four weeks of premier competition:

The eleven show series culminates in the awarding of the $30,000 Leading Rider Awards at the WEC Invitational. A $20,000 cash prize will be awarded to the professional rider accumulating the most points, the amateur and junior rider accumulating the most points will each receive a $5,000 cash prize.

ENTRIES
The entry closing date for mailed entries is received 7 days before the first day of the show, or the Monday before the show for online entries submitted at www.HorseShowing.com. Entries must be received by this date to be considered on time. Entries completed ONLINE at www.HorseShowing.com will not be charged a late fee until after 5pm the Tuesday before the show. Late fee is $25 after the closing date and $50 if received after 5pm the night before the show starts.

STABLING
Stalls for showing horses will be $75 IF prepaid by 14 days prior to the first day of the competition, $125 if not prepaid. Stalls must be reserved on the official stall reservation form and submitted to Stabling Manager Caroline Smith at StallReservations@robertsarena.com.
Stalls can be paid by credit card on HorseShowing.com at no additional fee, however you will need to have a free account. Use the STALL RESERVATIONS menu to prepay for stalls. This feature will be turned off on the stall closing date. Whether paid or not, no stalls will be reserved unless the official stall reservation form has been submitted and accepted by Caroline Smith. An open check is not considered prepayment. Any stall not occupied by a showing horse will be billed at $250. A showing horse will be defined as a horse competing over fences in at least one class and competing in a minimum of 3 classes per show. Stalls are not refundable for any reason after the stall closing date.
Stabling: Most stalls are permanent wood construction, 10×12 with doors; some may be 10×10 with doors. Please note that in the event stalls are sold out, preference will be given to those exhibitors showing multiple weeks.
Feed and Bedding: Must be ordered on your Stall report or by emailing stallreservations@robertsarena.com prior to arrival. Forms are available in the office to order feed and bedding during the competition.
WEC POINTS
All WEC exhibitors are eligible and encouraged to register themselves and their horses for the WEC points which make them eligible for circuit and year-end awards. Register for FREE on www.WEC.net. Exhibitors can also track their points online at the site.

DIRECTIONS TO THE WORLD EQUESTRIAN CENTER
The World Equestrian Center is located at 4095 SR 730 (Truesdell St) Wilmington, OH 45177. Take I-71 to Exit #50 From the south you will turn right off the exit ramp on 68 South toward Wilmington. From the North you will turn left off the ramp to go toward Wilmington, OH. Go approximately 2.5 miles to Center Rd (Only goes to the right) and turn right on Center. Go less than ½ mile to the first road, Nelson, and turn left. Take Nelson through some lights to the end and turn right on 730. The World Equestrian Center is located on the left hand side.
