Vendors at World Equestrian Center – Ocala
As a busy, multipurpose event facility, WEC – Ocala welcomes a wide range of diverse vendors from all over the country to our vendor village. Products and services currently include horse care products, saddles and tack, gear and apparel, supplements, gifts, home goods and much more.

Enjoy the safety and peace of mind of 24/7 security in a world-class setting as a vendor at World Equestrian Center – Ocala. We offer comfortable, climate-controlled options along with a host of amenities to enhance the vendor experience, including:
- Standard 10×10′ vendor spaces as well as custom options
- Flexible property hours (no hard open or close time)
- Easy move in on Mondays or Tuesdays. Special arrangements can be made for vendors who wish to open later in the week at WEC’s discretion.
- Bespoke catering services to provide refreshments for sip ‘n’ shops, anniversary celebration or other shop activations
- Option for marketing support, like daily PSAs, trunk shows or special event promotion

Vendor Application Process
All prospective vendors will need to apply online. Applications are subject to review. Please follow the steps below before submitting your application to our team:
- Visit the WEC calendar of events to determine dates for your vendor experience at the World Equestrian Center. Vendors are welcome on a week-by-week basis or for the entirety of a horse show circuit.
- Review our vendor kit and reach out to us at flvendors@wec.net with any questions.
- Prepare the details for your application, which include:
- a required, non-refundable deposit (applied to total fee upon application acceptance)
- business tax number
- certificate of insurance
- Note that incomplete applications will not be considered. Vendors may be declined if offerings do not abide with our WEC retail brand protocol or conflict with existing on-site retail outlets.
- After submitting an application, a member of our team will contact you to regarding your application status and provide next steps. Please allow up to one week for follow up.
- Upon application acceptance and contract completion, we will send an invoice for your remaining balance.

Coming 2025: 80th Avenue Retail Expansion
The Shoppes off 80th, an 80,000-square-foot outdoor shopping mall, will be situated adjacent to The Riding Academy Hotel and the Event Center at WEC. Effectively doubling the property’s existing retail with 28 new units, visitors and guests will be able to browse a swath of unique storefronts featuring luxury brands, all in one convenient location. Construction is set to begin in 2024.
