The Holsomback Wedding at World Equestrian Center – Ocala

Abby and Mike Holsomback were the first couple to say, “I do”, at World Equestrian Center – Ocala.

Abby and Mike Holsomback were the first couple to say, “I do,” at the new World Equestrian Center – Ocala on February 27, 2021. The bridal party spent the morning getting ready and taking portraits at Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club before heading to World Equestrian Center – Ocala for their ceremony. The couple chose to say their vows in the Chapel, located at the center of the stunning horse show grounds at World Equestrian Center – Ocala. Guests were escorted to the Chapel by golf cart, winding through the property as magnificent horses competed in nearby arenas.

After the ceremony, the wedding party took portraits in the picturesque garden at the chapel before Abby and Mike were whisked to the center of the Grand Plaza in front of The Equestrian Hotel and the WEC Grand Arena for golden hour. The couple laughed and danced in front of the stunning Sgt. Reckless monument as Brittany Bishop Photography and The Garrs videography captured each special moment.

The newly-wed Holsombacks returned to a beautifully decorated outdoor tent for their reception surrounded by their closest friends and family. The tent was adorned with soft lighting and breathtaking floral arrangements, setting the perfect atmosphere for the couple as they danced the night away. Abby and Mike exited for the final time through a tunnel of glittering sparklers held by their bridal party, family and guests, topping off their beautiful wedding at World Equestrian Center – Ocala.

A large white tent was set up outdoors by Beautiful Moments for the reception, complete with soft lighting and a dance floor. One-a-kind floral arrangements by Mary Weaver of Floral Architecture decorated the tent, and the tent even housed a photo booth by The Gala Photo Booth.
After enjoying cake and desserts by Sugar Rush, Abby and Mike departed through a sparkler tunnel created by their friends and family.
