December 9, 2022 – Wilmington, OHIO – World Equestrian Center – Wilmington has added a group of talented individuals to its sales, hospitality, facilities and marketing teams as the organization continues to enhance the guest experience of its world-class equestrian venue.
Summer Bauer – Food and Beverage Manager
Summer has been a part of the World Equestrian Center family since 2018. Originally, she served as a part-time server at the Paddock Club . Since then, she has worked her way up to the role Food and Beverage Manager of the venue’s restaurants. Summer enjoys the opportunity to meet new people during every show week.
Bailey Beal – Content Specialist
Bailey has spent the past 11 years traveling from her hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to horse shows up and down the East Coast. After graduating from the University of Kentucky, she decided to combine her passion for the industry with her degree in Integrated Strategic Communication. Bailey is thrilled to bring her marketing background to her favorite show venue, World Equestrian Center – Wilmington, to help grow the brand and share her love of the sport with others.
Katelyn Brewer – Events & Sales Coordinator
Katelyn grew up in Westerville, Ohio, before moving locally to Oregonia, Ohio. Previously she worked in the World Equestrian Center boutique A Sudden Impulse for five years where she was eventually named Store Manager. She has worked all the way up to her current, expanded role as the Events & Sales Coordinator. This January will mark an entire year of working at World Equestrian Center – Wilmington, the place that she calls home.
Adam Bray – Sponsorship Sales Manager
After 21 years of experience in insurance agency management and sales, Adam merged his passion for horses and sales experience into the perfect role at World Equestrian Center. He is excited to build the sponsorship program and further develop relationships with our current and future sponsors. Adam is a husband, father, cancer survivor, mason, and passionate horse owner.
Taylor Johnson – Stabling Manager
After graduating college with a degree in Equine Business Management and riding horses her entire life, Taylor has found her perfect position at World Equestrian Center – Wilmington. She has shown at World Equestrian Center for many years, even working her show schedule around WEC shows. Before moving to Wilmington, Taylor spent her time managing her parents farm in Indiana and riding professionally.
Thomas Nader – Embroidery Manager
A Cincinnatian by birth and an Ohio native, Tom has decades of experience in detail-oriented industries. With a BA in Graphic Art and Design, two decades of professional tech work for a two-time Tony Award winning regional theatre, almost a decade in the digital embroidery industry and a lifetime of involvement with horses and historical reenactment; Tom brings a unique perspective and finite attention to detail to every endeavor he undertakes.
